International Shipping Policy

BettrDeal ships to most countries around the world using the fastest delivery methods available to us.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email or phone number you provided.

  • Australia: 10 – 12 days
  • New Zealand: 10 – 12 days
  • United States: 12 – 15 days
  • Canada: 10 – 12 days
  • South America: 12 – 18 days
  • Africa: 12 – 15 days
  • Asia: 6 – 8 days
  • remote islands: 20 – 25 days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from EMS, DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) and link. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties And Taxes

BettrDeal is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

BettrDeal is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at BettrDeal / France Shopping. This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and the procedure for returning an item or requesting a refund.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items damaged due to misuse by the customer
  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods (if applicable)

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at contact@france-shopping.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions, including the return address, once your request is reviewed.

Do not send items back before receiving return confirmation from us.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
  • If you haven't received a refund within 10 business days of approval, please check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@france-shopping.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at contact@france-shopping.com.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
